Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Call Center Agent for a Contract job in Phoenix, Arizona. Ideally looking for someone who has a Minimum of 2 years in a call center or equivalent customer service position.

Pay Range:$17 -$18/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex inquiries from callers and contact center agents.

• Take ownership of calls escalating beyond contact center agents.

• Identify and escalate unscripted issues to the resource team.

• Manage escalation log to ensure timely follow-up.

• Provide general assistance with calls in downtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a call center or equivalent customer service position.

• Experience with escalated or supervisory phone calls strongly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to proof-read and edit written responses resulting in no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.
