Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Equipment Project Manager to oversee the efficient utilization of space, equipment, and facilities in alignment with organizational needs, operational efficiency, and available resources. This role will lead projects from design concept through implementation, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage all phases of equipment/machinery maintenance , facilities modifications , and building projects .
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities, equipment, and maintenance project activities.
  • Define project requirements, negotiate contracts and changes, and establish operating budgets.
  • Oversee and track milestones, ensuring adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Lead project reviews, analyzing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Identify and resolve challenges by reallocating resources or adjusting project scope.
  • Coordinate the work of assigned employees and contractors.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant professional experience, or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Project Management experience.
  • PMP certification (preferred, not required).
  • Strong contractor management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability.

  • Travel: Not required.
  • Work Location: Outside Yard Gates (No elevator in the building).
  • Remote Option: Not available.
  • Access: Yardwide access required.
  • PPE Required: Hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, and flashlight.
