Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and professional Front Desk Administrative Assistant for front desk support, clerical responsibilities across all departments and acting as a liaison with our visiting guests and vendors. Overall, the job will provide broad support and customer service to our employees and guests and is a central role in the smooth operation of the organization.

This is an onsite role at our corporate office, open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is deeply focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

We are a technology-driven healthcare platform enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies, specializing in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially in underserved communities. We offer personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies, ensuring convenience and comfort. Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient’s journey as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Greets and directs clients and visitors, answers phone calls and emails.
  • • Proactively assesses supply/equipment needs and maintains accordingly along with facilities support including office repair requests and shipping/receiving of deliveries.
  • • Responsible for the purchase and organization of office and external suite supplies, employee snacks, ordering lunches and special event/meeting materials.
  • • Provides support to multiple leaders and/or teams and includes administrative duties including but not limited to drafting correspondence, making copies, helping with presentations, Excel spreadsheets and data entry, meeting preparation and other departmental activities.
  • • Assists with the coordination of travel, on-site meetings and events ranging in scope in terms of size and complexity.
  • • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • • Proficient in current Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills while showing discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • • Ability to work independently and problem solve as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders and/or teams.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative/clerical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, talk, and hear. There may be prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, and reading. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
