This studio fosters a dynamic and enriching work environment centered on collaboration, open communication, and shared values. With an emphasis on community building, employees enjoy firm-wide programming such as daily team lunches, design presentations, offsite events, and in-house art exhibitions as well as a competitive compensation package including 401k, comprehensive health insurance, and financial incentive to licensure and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of interiors across multiple project types, from concept through construction documents
  • Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts, presentations, and material palettes
  • Produce detailed interior documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, with limited oversight
  • Participate in consultant coordination, vendor communications, and project meetings
  • Support construction administration efforts, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and site visits
  • Ensure the design intent is carried through all project phases with precision and creativity

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
  • 6+ years of related professional experience
  • 3+ years of post-graduate hospitality design experience
  • Strong technical proficiency with the ability to produce a complete set of interior drawings
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with Enscape, Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Licensure and/or accreditations (NCIDQ, AIA, LEED) preferred but not required
