Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time dynamic, upbeat, and highly organized Professional Skincare Educator to train and inspire licensed estheticians, spa owners, and other industry professionals . This role blends the art of advanced holistic spa techniques with deep ingredient and product science knowledge.

The successful candidate will be an exciting, engaging presenter who can captivate an audience, whether in a classroom, on stage at an esthetic show, or on camera for our professional education platforms. You will help professionals master advanced protocols, understand the science behind our formulations, and grow their business through education-driven product integration.

This is strictly a professional-to-professional education role—no consumer-level training—focused on elevating the skills and success of other skincare experts. The position is based out of our Chicago studio office and will involve some regional and national travel for events, shows, and account trainings.

Professional Education

• Deliver in-person, virtual, and on-camera training exclusively for licensed estheticians and spa professionals.
• Present with energy, clarity, and enthusiasm , ensuring every session is engaging and impactful.
• Teach advanced holistic treatment techniques, including Marma Point Massage and other integrative modalities.
• Explain product function and detailed ingredient science in a way that resonates with trained professionals and enhances their treatment outcomes.
• Conduct technique-based training at professional esthetic trade shows and industry events.
• Provide organized, well-structured training sessions that maximize learning and retention.
• Train internal sales-team on protocols, ingredient knowledge, etc.

Protocol Development & Advanced Methods

• Collaborate with the education and R&D teams to develop new professional protocols , integrating advanced treatment methods and emerging industry innovations.
• Continuously expand personal knowledge of advanced techniques and bring that expertise into new training materials.
• Work with the Creative Department to turn training content and treatment concepts into professionally designed slide decks, handouts, and finalized protocol documents for use in both live and online education.
• Ensure all protocols are results-driven, on-brand, and practical for spa implementation.

Content Creation for Professional Platforms

• Produce and deliver video training content for Green Envee University , our online professional education platform.
• Create engaging, technique-focused videos for professional audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other industry social channels .
• Represent the brand with confidence and charisma in all professional-facing digital content.

Business Growth Through Education

• Teach professionals how to position products and protocols in their service menus for maximum impact.
• Support product launches by delivering education that builds excitement and confidence in adopting new treatments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Licensed esthetician or equivalent in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a professional spa or skincare industry role; educator/trainer experience strongly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, ingredient functions, and advanced skin physiology .
• Hands-On Skills: Proficient in advanced massage and holistic techniques, with the ability to demonstrate and teach them to other professionals.
• Presentation Skills: Highly confident public speaker and on-camera presenter with a naturally engaging style.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, structure, and execute trainings with precision and professionalism.
• Collaboration Skills: Skilled at working with the Creative Department to ensure training materials are polished, professional, and on-brand.
• Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for esthetic shows, account visits, and professional training events.
