IT Project Manager - Real Estate Portfolio

Role Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce and CRM systems to join their team on a permanent or fixed-term basis. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating various aspects of property management, business community change, leasing processes, tenant applications, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating leases, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth operations within the real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role offers the opportunity to work on multiple tech projects, aligning with the company's data architecture and application standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of property management, business community change, and leasing processes
• Manage tenant applications, negotiations, contracts, and rent collection
• Collaborate with internal and implementation partners to drive project success
• Understand the value proposition of projects and effectively sell them to stakeholders
• Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheets and Jira to ensure project delivery excellence

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of IT project and portfolio management experience in mid to large enterprises
• Strong background in Salesforce CRM and JD Edwards ERP systems
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in portfolio management and government leadership roles
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units and leaders

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with enterprise architects to align projects with data architecture standards
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools beyond Smartsheets and Jira
