Senior Art Director

FULL TIME - Will start Temp-to-hire (40hr/week)

$47.50.00-$55.00/hr / $130K - $155K annual (based on experience)

Remote for 2-3 months, then onsite M-F in Los Angeles, CA

We're seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of a prominent fashion brand. As a Senior Art Director, you'll define the vision and execution of seasonal campaigns and everyday creative across both in-store and online channels.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a talented Senior Art Director to partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Marketing, to develop cohesive concepts that inspire our core audience. You'll oversee the entire creative production process, from concepting to final image selection, and mentor designers and creative partners to ensure high-quality design and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Provide creative direction and vision for seasonal campaigns, product stories, and everyday brand moments across multiple channels

- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop cohesive concepts that drive business results

- Oversee the creative production process, including concepting, photoshoots, editing, retouching, and final image selection

- Guide and mentor designers and cross-functional creative partners to ensure high-quality design and storytelling

- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and photographers to deliver standout assets

- Ensure consistency of brand identity and creative voice across all touchpoints

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong background in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands

- A portfolio that demonstrates campaign development and storytelling across multi-channel platforms

- Experience overseeing post-production workflows, including editing, retouching, and final image approvals

- Ability to translate brand strategy into inspiring, consumer-centric creative

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
